What's New
- Receipt Settings Improvement
- When choosing your logo and authorized signature in your Receipt Settings, you will now be able to view a small preview of the image you have selected to ensure you have chosen correctly
- Aggregate (Combined) Tax Receipts have a new update!
- Previously, the Donation Received field displayed on Tax Receipts included "January 1, XXXX-December 31, XXXX"
- Now, the field is labelled as Tax Year and will no longer include a monthly ranges
- CanadaHelps annual Tax Receipt numbers will now sync with your DMS!
- Previously, if your donors elected to receiving on annual tax receipt at the end of the tax year, rather than automatic receipts after each donation, the Tax Receipt number did not sync over to your DMS records
- Now, you'll see the annual Tax Receipt numbers for your monthly/recurring CanadaHelps donors!
Bug Fixes
- Expiry dates of credits cards used for recurring contributions are now visible in the “iATS Payments - Recurring Contributions Report” (found under your Custom Contribution Reports)
- The x-axis on Bar Graphs (built within some Summary Reports) is now more clearly labelled
